We ship using the United States Postal Service First Class which includes tracking free of charge! We are not the USPS and do not have any control over the speed of the USPS; so at the time of shipment you will be given a tracking number that will allow you to follow your item's journey to you!

Edna Green does its best to ensure your delivery arrives on time. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed and there may be a number of unforeseen reasons why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date. Large orders (100+ items), credit card authorization and verification, issues to designs or media may all delay delivery of your order.Delivery
Orders are normally dispatched to the production teams within 48 hours of the order being placed. This can vary depending on workload, time of year, holidays, etc.

Printing. Edna Green cannot
guarantee the garments purchased directly from our suppliers. Edna Green is not responsible for the quality of our suppliers garments.
If there is a defect, Edna Green will ask our supplier to replace the
defective items. Edna Green will redecorate the garment for free and will re-ship asap.
Refunds and Exchanges
Edna Green garments are custom purchased by gender and size and are decorated specifically for your order. Please ensure that the size of the garment is 100% correct. How should I wash my printed garments?
At Edna Green, we use the latest Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing technology to offer a wide variety of printable garments and design color options at an affordable price. The DTG ink in this process is different from the ink screen printers use. Keep in mind that the original manufacturer's care instructions don't take into consideration the DTG printing process.
Be wary of washing and drying on a high setting, especially when the garment is 100% cotton. High-temperature washes can fade and crack the print, and a high-temperature dryer settings can shrink the garment, as well as damage the print.
In order for you to prolong the life of your custom print, we suggest following the care instructions below:
Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners as this may cause the print to soften and peel off. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean

All garments will be inspected before decoration and inspected again after decoration. Edna Green will not ship a defective garment. Therefore there is a NO RETURN policy.
