As much as we would love to ship this cool item out to you today, we ask you to please understand that these are created on demand, meaning that they are not taking up space in a warehouse waiting for you to order them.  We make them one at a time, in the order they are purchased.  As soon as the item is created, it goes to our shipping department where it then processed and sent to you - the buyer. From the time that you purchase your item to the time USPS picks it up can take between 3-5 Business Days - but this can vary depending on workload.

Remember to give yourself extra time when purchasing for a holiday or special time sensitive day or event.  We do not guarantee this at all!

WE SHIP FROM CANADA.

We ship using the Canada Post which in turn transfers to the United States Postal Service First Class which includes tracking free of charge for our friends south of the border!
Delivery time is out of our control and we are not responsible for customs/postal delays.

All products ship within 3 business days.

All orders and shipments are confirmed by email for your convenience. You will receive an email confirmation when your package has shipped with tracking information.
 Please be sure to check your email´s spam filter before contacting us as these automated messages can be erroneously flagged as spam.

Edna Green does its best to ensure your delivery arrives on time. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed and there may be a number of unforeseen reasons why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date. Large orders (100+ items),  credit card authorization and verification, issues to designs or media may all delay delivery of your order.

Delivery

Orders are normally dispatched to the production teams within 24 hours of the order being placed. This can vary depending on workload, time of year, holidays, etc.

Replacement of Defective Decoration

Edna Green stands behind its decoration services 100%.  Edna Green cannot guarantee the items purchased directly from our suppliers.  Edna Green is not responsible for the quality of our suppliers items.  If there is a defect, Edna Green will ask our supplier to replace the defective items.  Edna Green will redecorate the item for free and will re-ship asap.
